Preparing Documents
These few days were the meaningful days for me because I stepped in and approached to a real business world. My supervisor, Pooi Yoke taught me the steps in issuing Delivery Order, Consignment Notes, Purchase Order and Invoice for the sales teams. All these documents would be needed tomorrow for the sales team to replenish our stocks in the consignment stores. Hence, it was somehow pressure for me because it is compulsory for me to settle it on the day itself. However, with the assistance of my supervisor, I managed to do it on time successfully.

All this sorts of documents are important for a company when dealing business with the other company as all of these are the black and white that prove for the transaction. In the future, when I dealing with business transaction I will know the ways and what should I issue to act it as a proof for the business transaction and law.
Cooperation with Sales Teams
The next few days, I followed the sales team went around the consignment stores around KL that we had our products there for sale. There were Health Lane Family Pharmacies, Alterni Medical Shop and some cafes. After the few stores visiting, I knew the things that need to be done throughout consignment sales process. Thus I asked them for giving me an opportunity to try out for next stores.

There were Health Lane Family Pharmacies, Alterni Medical Shop and some cafes. After the few stores visiting, I knew the things that need to be done throughout consignment sales process. Thus I asked them for giving me an opportunity to try out for next stores.
My first try was in the Health Lane brunches in Desa Jaya. It was thrilling for me as it was my first store approached. Gary, the salesman and I went in and greeted the staff in the shop and gary started to social with the manager as they knew each other for a long time. Then, it was our time to combo and work together. I went for stock count and issued invoice for the stocks that had sold while Gary entertained the manager to check out the sales for our products. After couples of minutes, I did everything that I needed to and Gary just needed to get their signature and stamp on those delivery orders, consignment notes and invoice which I had done. The purchased order would be given by the manager to us after he had confirmed the stocks with us. Furthermore, I had to look for the competitors’ products for their pricing, sales strategies, advantages and compared with our products. I was ordered by the managing director, Tim to prepare a report for him to find out the disadvantages of our products in the store and ways to boost the sales. It had been an exciting and challenging task for me as a market analysis.
Conclusion
These few days, Gary and I had gone to almost 15 consignment stores that sold our products. It was exhausting to travel around Kl area but it had been mind-blowing for me to the healthcare market in Malaysia and the social skills. In the future, when I am dealing with people in order to ensure everything goes up well, I will really need to respect others and politely speak to others even though they are having lower position. We must respect each other vice versa people will treat us the ways we treated them. The wise U.Thant quoted that every human being, of whatever origin, of whatever station, deserves respect. For example, the staffs that took care and helped us to sell our products were all shop keepers. They were the main persons that influence the sales of our products.
Moreover, SWOT (strengths, weakness, opportunities
and threats) analysis was carried out and learned by me. The analysis was crucial to boost
and market the products. The arrangement of the products in the cabinets and display
trays, brochures, competitors, promotions were the factors that would affect the
marketing of the products. Besides, doing the report allowed me to think
critically when marketing the products and got to learn data generators from
Quickbook accounting system for the sales schedules in each consignment store
around KL. The sales schedule generated from the system from each consignment store was an useful information for a profession in accounting and finance as it enabled the professions to analyze the situation of the sales under different circumstances in every shop.
